Conditions of Use

Welcome to Blingin. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern blingin’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

Please note we only ship within Australia. If you live outside Australia and wish to place an order please contact us by email at info@blingin.com.au before placing your order and we will provide you with an estimated cost for delivery to your selected country.


Store Minimums

  • Please note there is a minimum spend of $30 (excluding postage) online and in store. Orders below $30 will incur a $10 low order Fee.

Prices:

  • All prices advertised on our site are stated as Ex-Gst. In rare instances there may be errors with description and pricing on our site. By using this website you acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies and errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Delivery Time

  • Most orders are dispatched same day if orders are received prior to 12.30pm. When deciding upon your shipping method, keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Delivery time varies from anywhere between 1-3 business days (metro areas) and 3-10 business days (regional areas). However we do not guarantee this as from time to time unforeseen circumstances may arise with our courier and post service.

Giving us authority to Leave at door if no one home

  • Please note that all packages sent are traceable and trackable and a signature is required upon delivery. However if you give us authorisation to leave package at front door if no one home and the package goes missing, then we are unable to provide any insurance or replacements for the loss. Under Fastway and Australia post terms and conditions we can only claim insurance on loss or damage if signature has been obtained.

Wholesale
  • We offer generous discounts for bulk purchases and are as follows:

    6 or more of the same product = 25% off
    12 or more of the same product = 30% off
    24or more of the same product = 35% off
    48 or more of the same product = 40% off

    Product must be the same item and same product code.

Product Descriptions and Dimensions

  • Please choose carefully and ensure that the products meet your specification. All dimensions listed on line are approximates and can sometimes be a few millimetres out. If unsure please contact our friendly team to confirm exacts measurements.


Photos

  • Please note that all pictures should only be used as a reference, items may vary slightly in colour from the images shown (depends on contrast of your monitor). Also, stones and shells may vary slightly from photos. Some images may show multiple items for the purpose of displaying multiple colours for products with the same product code, colours may also vary from the photos, please specify in order comments if specific colours are required and our staff will try their best to accommodate your request. 

    Please also note that some images are used for illustrations purposes, so please ensure you read the product descriptions properly prior to making your order. For example a necklace bust may have a necklace on it just to demonstrate how the necklace sits on the display bust and therefore the necklace does not come as part of the order. 

  • When ordering alphapbet pendants you will need to specify the initials you require and we will try and accommodate your request.

Sizes & Colours
  • The 2nd last Letter of the Ring Product Codes is the Ring Size. On some products the last part of the product code is the colour.


Minimum Order Values

  • Minimum order of $30 (excluding GST and Postage) for all Displays and packaging orders placed on-line. Orders under $30 will incur a $10 Low order Fee.


Out of Stock Items

  • From time to time your order may contain out of stock items. If this is the case you will be contacted and notified via email or phone. You will then be asked if you want to substitute the product for something else to the same value or proceed with your order minus the out of stock items (you will only be charged for items that are in stock). No items will be placed on back order.

  • We also accept payment by money order and cheque (order will only be released when funds have cleared), a $50 fee applies for dishonoured cheques.


Blingin Showroom
  • Customers are welcome to purchase and visit our offices and showroom at 8/171 Woodville Rd, Villawood 2163.

  • There is a minimum $30 purchase on display products in store and on line.


Opening Hours

  • Our offices are open Monday – Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm and we are closed on Public Holidays.


Cancellation Policy
  • Any cancellations of orders must be advised to a staff member prior to the order being processed and dispatched. Orders cancelled after order has been processed and dispatched will incur $25 processing and handling fee. 


Refund policy

  • Blingin Offers 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product or the product was not as described just return the product to us for a full refund or credit note (minus the postage cost). Products must be returned in original packaging and condition (un-opened and not used). Please note that you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods with your intentions to return the item(s). All returns must be completed within 10 days. Please ensure you receive approval prior to sending any goods back. 

  • In the rare case that you receive damaged or defective product, please contact the team at Blingin within 2 days of receiving your goods prior to sending it back. Our helpful team will resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Purchases

  • If you have ordered a product by mistake, you are more then welcome to return the product and we can either resend the correct items you want or offer a refund. Products must be returned in original packaging and condition. Postage will not be covered by Blingin for the return. All items must be returns must be completed within 10 days of you receiving your goods.
