1. What are your Opening Hours?
Our offices are open Monday – Friday from 9.30am to 5pm and we are closed on Public Holidays. Please note that all sales must be completed by 4.30pm. From time to time our office may close early. If you are planing to visit our showroom please view "CONTACT US" page for any updates on our trading hours. Alternatively you can contact Chi on 0435575081.
2. What is your postage cost?
There are only two freight options listed ($9.95 and $19.95 option), please choose the one most appropriate for your location, if unsure please contact us on 02 972 89811 or email us your suburb and postcode to info @ blingin.com.au and we will notify you which option to select. If the incorrect postage option is selected this may result in delays in processing your order.
Freight charges may still vary depending on the size of
package and your location (Bulkier items will incur an additional charge),
however you will be notified if additional charges are applicable to your order.
Freight is charged on the calculation of the cubic measurement, total weight,
which ever is the greater depending on your order. All freight is registered and
traceable. Please Check items on receipt, if damaged reject the delivery and do
NOT sign for them.
3. How do I log onto your website?
Click on the "Log In" link at the top of our website.
If this is your first time ordering with our company, please click on the "Sign Up" button. If you have added items to your shopping cart as a "Guest" they will remain in your cart after you log in.
If you are an existing customer, please type your email address and password in the "Returning Customer" field.
4. Why didn't I receive my password email?
If you did not receive our email with your password, please check your junk/spam folder for the email and check to ensure you have entered the correct email address details.
5. Will you store my credit card information?For your protection we do not store credit card numbers on our web servers. You will need to enter your credit card information for every order.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our company database.
6. Can I visit your showroom to purchase products?
Yes you can visit our showroom to purchase products.
We are located at 8/171 Woodville Rd, Villawood 2163. However there is a minimum $30 Spend.
7. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are sent out same day if orders are received prior to 12.30pm. When deciding upon your shipping method, keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Delivery time varies from anywhere between 1-3 business days (metro areas) and 3-10 business days (regional areas). However we do not guarantee this as from time to time unforeseen circumstances may arise with our courier and post service.
Once orders are sent you can email us and we can give you a tracking number to track your order.
8. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Our prices are based on quantity discounts and as follows:
6 or more of the same product = 25% off
12 or more of the same product = 30% off
24or more of the same product = 35% off
48 or more of the same product = 40% off
For larger purchases please contact the Blingin team for a quote.
9. Can I combine products for a quantity discount?
Our pricing is per item number and colors of the same style
cannot be combined for the price discount.
10. Do you do printing on products or customised products?
Yes we can do printing on our products but there are minimum quantities required and the lead time may be a couple of months. For customised products please provide us with your specifications and we can quote on the cost.
11. I have seen a product at your competitor’s showroom
that offers a better price.
Are you able to beat their offer?
Yes we can. This will depend on the type of product, quality and the quantity you wish to purchase. Please provide us with the link of the product from competitor’s website. Once we have reached a decision of a price we will contact on you.
12. What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit. Payment
options will be available upon checkout and order confirmation.
13. What if my items are out of stock?
If your items are out of stock, we will contact to let you know if you wish to replace it with another item or go through with the order without the selected item. If payment has been made you will be refunded the difference if you decide to go ahead with the order.
14. What do I do if I change my mind?
If you change your mind, you’re more than welcome to return the items. You will be given store credit for the amount of your order minus the postage. Return postage for change of mind will no be covered by Blingin. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
15. My order has arrived damaged. What do I do?
In the rare case that you receive damaged or defective product, please contact the team at Blingin within 2 days of receiving your goods prior to sending it back. Our helpful team will resolve the issue promptly.
16. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia Wide. If you are from outside Australia you will need to contact us by email first and we will quote you on an estimated delivery cost.
17. Are the prices listed GST inclusive?
All prices advertised on our site are stated as Ex-Gst. In rare instances there may be errors with description and pricing on our site. By using this website you acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies and errors and we reserve the right to withdraw incorrect listings.
18. Is it safe to order on this website?
- We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order and/or access your personal information online.

- After a transaction, your private information (credit card details, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Please note there are store minimums of $30 for online and in store purchases. Orders under $30 will incur a $10 Low order Fee.
